To reduce congestion, the cafe space at Nagoya Sakae store is currently operated by reservation only (online reservations). However, from Friday, August 1st, we will be accepting same-day reservations only if there are available reservations.
If you would like to use the cafe, please speak to a member of staff when you arrive. However, please note that we may not be able to accommodate you on the day as we only have seats available that have not been reserved in advance. Thank you for your understanding.
*If you wish to be assured of availability, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
Please refrain from making inquiries by phone in advance.
[About advance reservations for the cafe]
・Reservations for the following month will begin at 10:00 on the 1st of each month.
・Usage is on a 60-minute rotation system.
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically canceled and we may have to accommodate other customers.
・Reservations, changes, and cancellations can be made on the reservation site up until 30 minutes before your intended use.
・We do not accept advance reservations for the items you will be eating. Please choose on the day.
If you are unable to attend on the day, please contact the store as soon as possible.
・We do not accept reservations or changes over the phone or in-store.
-We do not accept advance reservations for the cafe space at stores other than Nagoya Sakae.
