Reservations can be made in person or over the phone.
In addition, with the exception of some products, you can also make reservations online. Please feel free to use this service.

Please note that there is a limit to the number of reservations we can accept each day. Therefore, even if it is within the reservation period, we will close reservations once the limit is reached. Thank you for your understanding.

The cafe space at our Nagoya Sakae store is currently operating on a "reservation-only (online reservation)" basis to alleviate congestion. However, starting August 1st (Friday), we will also be accepting walk-in customers on the day of your visit, provided there are available reservations.
If you wish to use the cafe, please speak to a staff member upon arrival. However, please note that seating is limited to seats that have not been reserved in advance, so we may not be able to accommodate all requests. Thank you for your understanding.
*For customers who wish to guarantee service, we recommend making a reservation in advance.
Please refrain from making inquiries by phone in advance.
[Regarding advance reservations for the cafe]
・Reservations for the following month will begin at 10:00 AM on the 1st of each month.
• Usage is on a "60-minute per session" basis.
If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and we may offer the appointment to another customer.
・Reservations, changes, and cancellations can be made through the reservation website up to 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
If you are unable to attend on the day, please contact the store as soon as possible.
We do not accept reservations or changes by phone or in person at the store.
・We do not accept advance reservations for the cafe space at any of our locations other than Nagoya Sakae.
