At qu'il fait bon, we make tarts using seasonal fruits harvested in each season: spring, summer, autumn, and winter.
Each season's fruits are attractive in their own way, and when I see the harvested fruits, I get excited just imagining how delicious they would be in a cake!
We have turned this excitement into a tart, and we would like to introduce you to this tart that can only be enjoyed during this season.
